Get PikaCLI
Download the latest Windows x64 executable, place it somewhere
permanent, add that folder to PATH, and start using
pika from any terminal.
Get the latest pika.exe from GitLab Releases.
Move it to a permanent folder such as C:\PikaStudio\PikaCLI.
Add the folder to PATH, then run pika system doctor.
